Client Services Specialist
<p>We are seeking a <strong>Client Service Specialist</strong> to provide comprehensive support to Financial Advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment services. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless client experience—from meeting preparation and account monitoring to handling client inquiries and special projects.</p><p>If you have a passion for client service, strong organizational skills, and an interest in financial planning, this position offers an exciting opportunity for growth. <strong>Accounting or tax experience is a significant plus</strong>, as the role includes a focus on <strong>Enhanced Tax Planning</strong> within the financial planning process.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Financial Planning & Product Solutions</strong></li><li><strong>Prepare preliminary financial planning materials and meeting documentation using proprietary tools.</strong></li><li>Create and process paperwork for new accounts, product applications, account maintenance, and related client services.</li><li>Monitor account asset allocations, trading activity, maturing securities, client suitability, and fiduciary account review processes as directed by the Advisor.</li><li><strong>Client Service & Management</strong></li><li><strong>Deliver an exceptional client experience with a strong emphasis on professionalism and responsiveness.</strong></li><li>Maintain client profiles, document interactions, and manage scheduling using CRM tools.</li><li>Resolve client inquiries, process transactions, handle money movement, and perform routine account maintenance.</li><li>Assist with special projects and ad-hoc client needs.</li></ul><p><strong>PKey Traits for Success</strong></p><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with a high sense of accountability.</li><li>Ability to produce quality work, identify next steps, and follow through on multi-step tasks.</li><li>Knowledge of general office procedures and investment concepts.</li><li>Confident, polished, and articulate communicator with clear and professional communication skills.</li><li>Emotional resilience and professionalism in high-pressure situations.</li><li>Ability to travel to satellite office locations within the state of NH.</li></ul><p><strong>oEducation & Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>College degree in business, finance, or accounting preferred; some college combined with relevant experience considered.</li><li>Previous industry or accounting experience and licensing preferred. If not:</li><li>Prior client service or administrative experience required.</li><li>Willingness to pursue licensing, certifications, and designations within the financial industry.</li></ul><p><strong>Note:</strong> If not already licensed, growth in the role will require obtaining federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including <strong>Series 7</strong>, <strong>Series 66</strong>, and state life, accident, and health insurance licenses.</p>
