We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for senior-level corporate positions, ensuring alignment with organizational growth strategies. This position requires exceptional recruiting expertise and the ability to effectively manage high-level candidate interactions. Responsibilities: • Collaborate closely with leadership to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies. • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for senior-level corporate roles, including VP and higher positions. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience through innovative sourcing techniques. • Facilitate candidate vetting processes to ensure alignment with organizational requirements. • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing detailed feedback to hiring managers. • Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment processes. • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle. • Partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional hiring results aligned with organizational growth. • Stay updated on industry trends to effectively attract top talent. • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate and high-level recruiting. • Proficiency in managing full-cycle recruitment processes. • Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies. • Proven ability to recruit for engineering and senior-level corporate roles. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Adept at building relationships with senior executives and stakeholders. • Ability to work on-site up to three days a week if required.
