We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Fort Collins, Colorado on a contract basis. This role will focus on high-volume recruitment efforts, particularly within transportation operations, and requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills. As part of our team, you will play a key role in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting essential hiring processes. Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough candidate screenings to assess qualifications, communication abilities, and alignment with company culture. • Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives, starting with commercial driver positions and expanding to other roles as needed. • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Draft and deliver offer letters and other critical hiring documentation promptly and accurately. • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate on-site interviews and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly. • Maintain and organize candidate data using appropriate recruitment platforms and tools. • Utilize platforms such as Indeed, Microsoft Teams, and 10Street to streamline recruitment activities. • Adhere to company HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes. • Strong ability to source candidates effectively for a variety of roles. • Skilled in conducting interviews and assessing candidate fit. • Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and 10Street. • Excellent organizational and communication skills. • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with efficiency and attention to detail. • Knowledge of HR policies and best practices. • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools.
