<p>Immediate need for a Front Desk Coordinator in Hamilton. This role is a contract position that would start on Monday. Your primary responsibilities will include:</p><ol><li><strong>Customer Engagement</strong>:</li></ol><ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.</li><li>Manage high-volume phone calls, addressing inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate departments.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Administrative Support</strong>:</li></ol><ul><li>Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and equipped for daily operations.</li><li>Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence efficiently.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and office events, ensuring timely updates to calendars.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Data and Document Management</strong>:</li></ol><ul><li>Maintain accurate records in the client database and retrieve information as needed.</li><li>Assist with preparing reports, memos, and other communications as directed.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Support for Housing Authority Programs</strong>:</li></ol><ul><li>Provide information and resources to individuals seeking assistance, directing them to the appropriate Housing Authority services.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with regulations and meet community needs.</li></ul><ol><li><strong>Problem Solving and Communication</strong>:</li></ol><ul><li>Resolve customer service issues in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Effectively relay any updates or changes in Housing Authority policies or procedures to visitors and clients.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
