• 1+ years of office experience.• Proficiency in Microsoft Suites with the ability to navigate various web portals.• Prior experience handling mailings.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and goal-oriented attitude.• Experience in handling phone calls, data entry, and account management • High attention to detail.
