• Minimum of 1+ year of office experience• Prior experience handling invoices is a big plus.•Prior experience handling mailings• Great with communication – speaking with customers about invoices.• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Need to be very tech savvy – strong working in Microsoft Office Suite.• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
