We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fairfax, Virginia. In this Contract-to-permanent position, you will handle a high volume of inbound calls while providing exceptional support to our customers. Additional responsibilities include assisting with payment processing and performing light administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.<br>• Process and post payments accurately and efficiently.<br>• Carry out administrative tasks such as scanning, mailing, and document organization to support various departments.<br>• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.<br>• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.<br>• Handle email correspondence and follow up on customer requests as needed.<br>• Perform data entry to update and manage customer information.<br>• Assist with order entry and ensure proper documentation is maintained.<br>• Manage both inbound and outbound calls to provide comprehensive customer support.<br>• Uphold company standards for excellent customer service and communication.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a call center environment.<br>• Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.<br>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.<br>• Experience in payment processing and order entry.<br>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including email correspondence.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Familiarity with administrative tasks such as scanning and mailing.<br>• High level of reliability and teamwork to meet company objectives.
