Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Washington, District of Columbia, and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a non-profit organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to handle detailed data entry tasks efficiently.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Process and evaluate new submissions by creating or updating accounts while accurately associating artists and payees.<br>• Ensure the correct application of royalty items, including percentage allocations and effective dates.<br>• Assess incoming submissions to determine their priority based on potential value.<br>• Maintain high standards of quality and productivity to meet or exceed established benchmarks.<br>• Communicate with clients to clarify documentation and resolve submission-related questions.<br>• Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide prompt and attentive assistance.<br>• Utilize Salesforce and other platforms to manage customer information and track interactions.<br>• Execute high-volume data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.<br>• Participate in special projects as assigned to support organizational goals.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably within a call center environment.<br>• Strong proficiency in data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed.<br>• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management tools.<br>• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining professionalism.<br>• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.<br>• Capability to prioritize tasks and manage high volumes of submissions.<br>• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet quality standards consistently.<br>• Experience in resolving customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
