<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of customer service or support experience</li><li>Experience with CRM software (such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or HubSpot)</li><li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Detail-oriented with a passion for helping customers</li></ul><p><br></p>
