<p>Melissa with Robert Half is parterning with a company on the Leeward side looking for a newly created Senior Accountant role.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in preparing financial statements and payroll, as well as a solid understanding of accounting principles and strong GL experience. If you are interested in this role, please contact Melissa T at 808.452.0254</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>· Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple projects </p><p>· Oversee payroll processing and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timely submission</p><p>· Reconcile bank accounts, manage accounts payable/receivable, and maintain general ledger entries</p><p>· Support internal accounting controls and audit processes</p><p>· Collaborate with project managers and senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis</p><p>· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations</p><p><br></p>

<p>Requirements:</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field</p><p>· Minimum of 3 years accounting experience </p><p>· Proven experience managing payroll and preparing comprehensive financial statements</p><p>· Strong proficiency in accounting software (Microsoft D365, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or similar)</p><p>· Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills</p><p>· Ability to work independently and in a team environment</p><p><br></p>
