This role requires an individual with strong attention to detail, expertise in accounting systems, compliance standards, and intercompany transactions. As a key leader in financial management, you will ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency across all accounting processes while collaborating with diverse teams to drive organizational success. Responsibilities: • Oversee all accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, payroll processing, and financial reporting for multiple business entities. • Manage intercompany transactions, ensuring accurate tracking, billing, and elimination of duplicate entries. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain robust internal financial controls. • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). • Lead the implementation of accounting systems to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes. • Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage to perform core financial tasks and oversee payroll platforms. • Supervise and lead a team of accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial operations. • Collaborate with internal teams to monitor budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasting for various divisions. • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, improve performance, and recommend cost-saving measures. • Generate detailed reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and intercompany reconciliations. • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. • Experience managing payroll systems and conducting account reconciliations. • Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines. • Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Familiarity with financial operations in industries such as agriculture, construction, or service-based organizations.
