HR Coordinator
We are looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Everett, Massachusetts. This role focuses on providing essential support across human resource functions, with an emphasis on onboarding, compliance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will bring a detail-oriented approach and a strong understanding of HR practices to help ensure smooth operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Coordinate and oversee onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.<br>• Manage procedures to verify compliance with company policies and legal requirements.<br>• Provide administrative support across various HR functions, including documentation and record-keeping.<br>• Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee data and generate reports as needed.<br>• Monitor and enforce HR compliance standards, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.<br>• Collaborate with team members to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.<br>• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, providing clear and accurate information.<br>• Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.<br>• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects to meet organizational objectives.
• Proven experience in human resources coordination or a similar role.<br>• Familiarity with onboarding processes and related protocols.<br>• Proficiency in using HR information systems (HRIS) for data management.<br>• Strong understanding of HR compliance standards and regulations.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.<br>• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
