Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Englewood, Colorado. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is adept at managing changing priorities with precision. You will play a pivotal role in supporting executive operations, ensuring seamless communication, scheduling, and event coordination.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage dynamic schedules and coordinate complex calendars for faculty, physician assistants, and candidates for on-site interviews.</p><p>• Facilitate cross-departmental communication, maintaining a high standard during interactions with students and stakeholders.</p><p>• Prepare and review detailed documents under tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p><p>• Take comprehensive meeting minutes during student-related discussions, safeguarding legal and compliance requirements.</p><p>• Organize and coordinate meetings across campuses, including setting up Zoom sessions and arranging candidate itineraries.</p><p>• Support logistics for students graduating off-cycle, ensuring degree completion processes are handled efficiently.</p><p>• Assist with site visits and events, managing logistics, food orders, and attendance tracking.</p><p>• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high standard in all front-facing responsibilities.</p><p>• Proactively adapt to shifting priorities throughout the day, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.</p>
• Proven experience in executive-level calendar management and scheduling.<br>• Ability to coordinate meetings and events across multiple departments and campuses.<br>• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data cleanup.<br>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in document preparation and review.<br>• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact calmly and professionally with frustrated or upset individuals.<br>• Experience taking detailed meeting minutes, especially for compliance-related discussions.<br>• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly and with discretion.<br>• Adaptability to frequent changes and a fast-paced environment.
