Executive Assistant
<p>The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior management, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and confidential tasks. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments</li><li>Handle confidential correspondence and communications for executives</li><li>Arrange detailed travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations</li><li>Prepare presentations, reports, and documents for leadership</li><li>Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and phone calls</li><li>Assist in event planning and coordination for executive functions</li><li>Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate records for swift retrieval</li><li>Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders</li><li>Support special projects and initiatives as directed by senior management</li><li>Uphold a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times</li></ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred</li><li>3+ years of experience in executive administrative support</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing needs</li><li>Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Demonstrated discretion dealing with sensitive information</li></ul><p><br></p>
