This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately</li><li>Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances</li><li>Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing</li><li>Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close</li><li>Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>2+ years of AR or general accounting experience</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP)</li><li>Strong attention to detail and time management skills</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service abilities</li></ul><p><br></p>
