You’ll play a key role in ensuring every paycheck is accurate, timely, and compliant — while working alongside a friendly and collaborative accounting department. 🧾 Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple departments.</li><li>Verify timesheets, review adjustments, and handle payroll discrepancies.</li><li>Maintain and update employee payroll records, tax withholdings, and deductions.</li><li>Assist with payroll reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Support the HR team with onboarding and payroll setup for new hires.</li><li>Respond to employee questions regarding pay, benefits, and timekeeping.</li><li>Ensure accuracy and confidentiality at every step of the payroll process.</li></ul>
