In this role, you’ll help manage the day-to-day accounting functions — from processing invoices and donations to supporting audits and reconciliations. You’ll work in an environment that values purpose, collaboration, and balance. 🌿 Responsibilities<ul><li>Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Assist with expense tracking, credit card reconciliations, and budget updates.</li><li>Help prepare reports for grants and donor funding.</li><li>Maintain organized and compliant financial records.</li><li>Support payroll and benefits administration as needed.</li><li>Assist the Controller with month-end close activities and journal entries.</li></ul>

<ul><li>1–2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.</li><li>Strong understanding of debits/credits and general accounting principles.</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and organizational skills.</li><li>A passion for supporting meaningful community work.</li></ul>
