Office Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and ensure smooth day-to-day operations, particularly during the busy season. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys handling diverse tasks. Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately while maintaining a focused and attentive demeanor.</li><li>Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy to support office operations.</li><li>Prepare and distribute outgoing mail, including checks, ensuring timely delivery.</li><li>Sort and organize incoming mail, distributing it to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Assist with general office administration tasks such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining records.</li><li>Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.</li><li>Provide receptionist support by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries.</li><li>Maintain office supplies and coordinate replenishments when necessary.</li><li>Ensure efficient handling of administrative duties to support the team during peak times.</li></ul>
