Executive Assistant
<p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team in a fully on-site capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, providing comprehensive administrative support, and ensuring efficient daily operations.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage executive calendars, coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Screen incoming communications, prioritize correspondence, and draft responses on behalf of executives.</li><li>Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings.</li><li>Organize and maintain confidential files, records, and documents.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and conferences, including onsite arrangements.</li><li>Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking as needed.</li><li>Liaise professionally with internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and office supply inventory.</li><li>Proactively anticipate executive needs and provide solutions to optimize workflows.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leaders.</li><li>Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>High degree of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.</li><li>Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual collaboration tools.</li><li>Ability to work effectively and reliably in a fully on-site environment.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience may be considered.</li></ul>
