HR Coordinator
<p>We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Columbus, Ohio. This role is ideal for someone with a fundamental understanding of HR practices and administrative expertise, who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling, document management, and communication coordination.</p><p>• Assist with processing and tracking requests submitted by senior leadership, ensuring timely and accurate follow-through.</p><p>• Manage and maintain HR data in systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.</p><p>• Compile and generate reports on HR metrics and other relevant information for leadership review.</p><p>• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating necessary documentation and communication.</p><p>• Address inquiries related to HR policies and procedures, providing clear and helpful guidance.</p><p>• Handle data entry tasks, ensuring numerical information is accurately recorded and organized.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows and enhance operational efficiency.</p>
• Proven experience in administrative support, preferably within an HR environment.<br>• Familiarity with HR processes and systems, including HRIS platforms.<br>• Strong proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.<br>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various levels of leadership.<br>• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br>• Previous experience in generating reports and analyzing data is a plus.
