<p><strong>Business Systems Consultant III</strong></p><p><strong>Location</strong>: Remote </p><p><strong>Schedule</strong>: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST </p><p><strong>Duration</strong>: 12 months (Contract)</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant III to support enterprise-level HR systems initiatives. This role will focus on ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) and requires a strong background in systems consulting, project leadership, and technical support within HR domains.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as a Business Systems Consultant within the Corporate HR Service Center.</li><li>Provide technical support for HR-related software and systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve application issues; implement enhancements as needed.</li><li>Lead and support large-scale projects, including user testing and implementation.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, developers, QA analysts, and business stakeholders.</li><li>Gather and document business requirements; support system design and implementation.</li><li>Maintain project documentation and track issues throughout the lifecycle.</li><li>Add new services to the employee center portal and support ongoing enhancements.</li></ul>
<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and 5–7 years of systems experience</li><li><em>(In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of relevant technical experience including ServiceNow consulting will be considered)</em></li><li>5+ years of experience in Information Technology / Systems</li><li>3–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, including:</li><li>Administration, configuration, and automation tools (Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Automation Engine)</li><li>3–4 years of experience in the HR domain, specifically with:</li><li>HRSD case management, knowledge management, lifecycle events, agent workspaces, reports, and dashboards</li><li>Strong experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation</li><li>Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools</li><li>Experience with Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and DevOps tools</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li><li>ITIL knowledge or certification</li><li>Experience with Performance Analytics in ServiceNow</li></ul><p><strong> Soft Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a modular, methodical approach</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, including storytelling and presentation</li><li>Self-motivated learner with strong research and inquiry skills</li><li>Effective time management and organizational abilities</li><li>Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities</li></ul><p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong></p><p>You will work closely with:</p><ul><li>Fellow Business Systems Consultants</li><li>Project Managers</li><li>Corporate HR and HR Service Center stakeholders</li><li>IT Developers, QA Analysts, and BI/Analytics teams</li></ul><p>If you're passionate about HR technology and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!</p>
