HR Recruiter
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in London, Ohio. In this role, you will manage and streamline hiring processes for hourly associates, ensuring compliance with employment laws and fostering relationships with educational institutions and vendors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organizational growth while maintaining high standards in recruitment operations.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct screenings and open interviews for hourly associates to identify suitable candidates.<br>• Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, vendors, and other external organizations to support hiring initiatives.<br>• Ensure compliance with employment-based immigration laws and maintain accurate records of I-9 documentation.<br>• Coordinate pre-employment processes, including assessments, drug testing, and prescreening activities.<br>• Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring smooth onboarding for incoming staff.<br>• Monitor and manage recruitment data using HR software and tools, including Paychex and Microsoft Excel.<br>• Provide support in making informed hiring decisions by evaluating candidate qualifications and fit.<br>• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.<br>• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and compliance standards in human resources.<br>• Assist in administrative tasks related to human resources and recruitment processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or recruiting roles.<br>• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.<br>• Familiarity with HR software systems, including Paychex, is preferred.<br>• Strong understanding of I-9 compliance and employment-based immigration laws.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with candidates and external partners.<br>• Experience with pre-employment assessments, prescreening, and drug testing processes.<br>• Ability to conduct interviews and make informed hiring decisions.<br>• Knowledge of hiring processes and onboarding procedures.
