Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the daily operations of a department in Dayton, Ohio. In this long-term contract role, you will play a critical part in managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth workflows, and providing high-level support to executives. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to handle diverse responsibilities effectively.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage expense reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational guidelines.</p><p>• Oversee department budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial summaries.</p><p>• Create and maintain spreadsheets to organize data and support decision-making.</p><p>• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, summarizing key findings and insights.</p><p>• Serve as the primary receptionist for the department, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally.</p><p>• Review and verify timesheets for accuracy before submission.</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are arranged.</p><p>• Maintain a well-organized filing system for departmental records and documents.</p><p>• Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.</p><p>• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.</p><p><br></p><p>For immediate consideration, call 937.224.8326</p>
• Proven experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role.<br>• Strong proficiency in expense reporting and budget management.<br>• Advanced skills in spreadsheet creation and data organization.<br>• Ability to generate detailed reports and presentations.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in receptionist duties.<br>• Familiarity with reviewing and verifying timesheets.<br>• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.<br>• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
