Property Accountant
We are looking for a skilled Property Accountant to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role involves managing detailed contract data, ensuring accurate billing setups, and supporting system implementations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in property accounting and a keen eye for detail to successfully navigate a fast-paced environment.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Review and extract key data from property management, leasing, and construction contracts.<br>• Set up billing structures and pricing details accurately within Oracle systems.<br>• Validate and upload vendor and contract information while adhering to strict formatting requirements.<br>• Conduct thorough testing, validation, and reconciliation during system implementation phases.<br>• Process and prioritize a high volume of invoices, focusing on top vendors.<br>• Identify, document, and track any issues during system testing, ensuring timely resolution.<br>• Provide support for ad hoc projects related to data quality and system migration.<br>• Maintain consistency and accuracy in all tasks while meeting project deadlines.
• Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting contracts, ideally in commercial real estate or property management.<br>• Strong understanding of billing structures, lease abstraction, or construction accounting.<br>• Familiarity with Oracle, Coupa, or similar AP automation systems is preferred.<br>• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to extract complex billing information.<br>• Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures with minimal supervision.<br>• Proficiency in Excel and general data entry tasks.<br>• Experience managing high volumes of contracts and related data efficiently.<br>• Backgrounds such as Property Accountant, Lease Administrator, or Contract Analyst are ideal.
