Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Dallas, Texas. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes, while contributing to the seamless coordination of customer documentation and pricing information. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a commitment to quality as they support various departments within our organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Input, verify, and process data with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.<br>• Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.<br>• Collaborate with sales teams to provide accurate product and service information in proposals.<br>• Ensure customer location addresses are validated for service availability.<br>• Maintain and update pricing details within Salesforce to ensure consistency across documentation.<br>• Work closely with the legal team to ensure all documents comply with organizational standards.<br>• Support solutions engineers by verifying tailored solutions meet customer requirements.<br>• Assist in the development of pricing strategies for new business opportunities.<br>• Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and align with organizational goals.<br>• Manage document organization and ensure all files are accurate and properly maintained.
• Proven experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.<br>• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.<br>• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and solve complex problems.<br>• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.<br>• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.<br>• Commitment to producing high-quality, error-free documentation.<br>• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and document management systems.<br>• Knowledge of pricing strategies and customer qualification processes is preferred.
