<p>A client of ours is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented <strong>ALD Claims Assistant (Temporary)</strong> to join our Claims team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the initial investigation, evaluation, and processing of claims for CPI, VSI, and GAP. This is a non-licensed position supporting claims review, closure tasks, and total loss processing.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><strong>1. Initial Claim Review (40%)</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate the appropriate application of coverage by utilizing the tracking system for assigned claims.</li><li>Review and ensure all initial claim documentation has been appropriately submitted.</li><li>Request and follow up on additional documentation, if necessary, to process claims efficiently.</li><li>Conduct thorough reviews of claims to ensure compliance with standards and requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>2. Claims Closure Tasks (40%)</strong></p><ul><li>Process claims closures and withdrawals, including non-pursued claims.</li><li>Monitor and ensure that appraisal service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.</li><li>Analyze initial damage appraisals to determine appropriate handling steps and reassign cases to adjusters or senior adjusters, as needed.</li></ul><p><strong>3. Total Loss, Salvage, and Claim Support (20%)</strong></p><ul><li>Contact salvage yards for fees and payout amounts and coordinate follow-up actions.</li><li>Communicate with clients to ensure acceptance of fee deductions.</li><li>Document claim files and notify adjusters to complete total loss settlements.</li><li>Provide support to licensed adjusters by assisting with claims processing tasks.</li><li>Handle auto deductible reimbursement claims as required.</li></ul><p><br></p>
