Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Collierville, Tennessee. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in organizational tasks and enjoys contributing to the smooth operation of an office environment. You will play a key role in supporting daily administrative functions and ensuring efficient communication within the organization.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Manage incoming calls, providing prompt and attentive responses to inquiries.<br>• Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized records and databases.<br>• Coordinate daily administrative functions to support office operations.<br>• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere.<br>• Handle scheduling and calendar management for meetings and appointments.<br>• Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence.<br>• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.<br>• Support team members by addressing administrative needs and troubleshooting minor issues.<br>• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.<br>• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.<br>• Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls professionally.<br>• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.<br>• Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications.<br>• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.<br>• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Experience in receptionist duties, including managing visitors and scheduling.<br>• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
