As a Contract to permanent role, this position is ideal for those seeking long-term growth within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. <br> Responsibilities: • Process a large volume of invoices with precision and efficiency. • Perform accurate 2-way matching of purchase orders and invoices to ensure proper documentation. • Address vendor inquiries promptly and assist with resolving discrepancies. • Support reconciliation efforts to maintain accurate financial records. • Organize and maintain detailed records for auditing and compliance purposes. <br> • Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounts payable or related field. • Demonstrated ability to perform accurate and detailed data entry. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
