The ideal candidate will excel in litigation, client communication, and legal strategy while maintaining precision and attention to detail in all aspects of their work. Responsibilities:• Handle litigation tasks such as drafting motions, arguing cases in court, conducting mediations, and participating in depositions and trials under supervision.• Manage assigned cases by developing legal strategies, meeting deadlines, and preparing essential documents including discovery materials, financial affidavits, and proposed orders.• Provide clear and practical guidance to clients, setting expectations and translating legal options into actionable advice.• Create thorough, well-researched pleadings, memoranda, and other legal documents with minimal revisions.• Collaborate effectively with senior attorneys, paralegals, and administrative teams to ensure smooth case management.• Participate in weekly case status meetings to discuss progress and develop strategies.• Utilize legal tools and software such as Clio Manage/Grow, Microsoft 365, and other platforms while adhering to Florida practice rules.• Maintain compliance with internal systems and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.• Prepare for hearings and mediations with organized exhibits and clear outlines.• Maintain clear and effective communication and contribute to high client satisfaction ratings.

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing is mandatory. • Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in Florida family law, including hearings and mediations; trial experience is advantageous. • Strong skills in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing a high-volume docket effectively. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while demonstrating a growth-oriented mindset. • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, though not required. • Familiarity with legal tools and systems such as Prolaw, Clio, and Microsoft 365. • Commitment to meeting deadlines, maintaining docket hygiene, and delivering high-quality legal services.
