<p>We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a dynamic law firm in Boca Raton, Florida. The ideal candidate will have expertise in personal injury law, medical malpractice, and pre-suit case preparation. This Contract to permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced legal environment while utilizing your organizational and legal drafting skills.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage pre-suit activities, including drafting demands, investigating and preparing cases.</p><p>• Conduct investigations for medical malpractice cases within Florida and other states.</p><p>• Handle electronic filing of legal documents and ensure timely submissions.</p><p>• Draft and prepare legal correspondence and documents with precision.</p><p>• Schedule and maintain calendars for case deadlines, hearings, and other legal events.</p><p>• Organize case files, ensuring all necessary documentation, such as medical records and police reports, is obtained and properly stored.</p><p>• Coordinate with attorneys and other team members to support case preparation.</p><p>• Request and follow up on essential documents needed for case development.</p><p>• Assist in litigation filings and ensure compliance with court regulations.</p><p>• Utilize discovery processes to gather relevant case information.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Paralegal in personal injury or medical malpractice law.</p><p>• Proficiency in e-filing and electronic document management systems.</p><p>• Strong skills in drafting legal documents and correspondence.</p><p>• Experience in pre-litigation case preparation and investigation.</p><p>• Ability to organize and maintain accurate case files.</p><p>• Familiarity with scheduling and calendaring tools.</p><p>• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.</p><p>• Knowledge of discovery processes and legal procedures.</p><p>Pro Law program experience preferred.</p>
