<p>Florida law firm is seeking a <strong>commercial real estate finance attorney</strong> with 4+ years to join dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will specialize in handling complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, developments, and financing arrangements. <p>• Juris Doctor (JD)</p><p>• Minimum of 4 years of experience handling large-scale<strong> commercial real estate finance transactions</strong> in an<strong> AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm.</strong></p><p>• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and real estate laws.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.</p><p>• Lender representation experience preferred. </p>
