Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Clinton Township, Michigan. This role involves providing exceptional service and support to customers through various communication channels. </p><p>If you are IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE TO START THIS FRIDAY 9/26/25 and excel in learning new software and computer systems quickly and providing customer support, then this could be a great opportunity for you to add new skills within an educational institution to your resume!</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond promptly to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high-quality service.</p><p>• Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor.</p><p>• Perform accurate data entry tasks to record customer interactions and update account information.</p><p>• Handle order entry processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of requests.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to meet call center performance goals.</p><p>• Utilize Microsoft Word and other tools to generate reports and manage documentation.</p><p>• Make outbound calls when necessary to follow up on customer issues or requests.</p><p>• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to address customer needs effectively.</p><p>• Adhere to call center policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency in service delivery.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or receptionist role, answering inbound calls.</p><p>• Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.</p><p>• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.</p><p>• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other office software.</p><p>• Ability to handle order entry tasks and take payments efficiently and accurately.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.</p>
