If you thrive on solving complex challenges and adding value, this could be the perfect role for you! <br> Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage general accounting functions, including general ledger reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and other reporting standards. Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during annual audits, providing necessary documentation and support. Manage and analyze reporting related to financial performance, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights to senior management. Assist with tax preparation, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Play a key role in system upgrades, process improvements, and special accounting projects. Mentor and support accounting staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred). Minimum of 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in public accounting or a corporate environment. Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control processes. Experience with complex accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems). Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial data and insights. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
