Reconcile general ledger accounts and perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Assist with financial reporting and analysis, identifying trends and providing insights to management. Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Assist with tax compliance and preparation of supporting schedules for audits. Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper departmental budget management and reporting. Handle ad hoc projects to support business goals.

Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2+ years of accounting experience (public or private accounting roles preferred). Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Proficiency in accounting software (ERP) and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
