<p>We are looking for an experienced part time HR Generalist to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, on a contract basis. This part-time position is ideal for someone who excels in human resources operations and enjoys fostering employee development while ensuring organizational compliance. If you have strong expertise in HR practices and Paycom systems, we encourage you to apply.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding activities.</p><p>• Implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive employee engagement.</p><p>• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.</p><p>• Facilitate performance management processes, such as goal setting, evaluations, and employee development planning.</p><p>• Organize and manage training programs to enhance workforce capabilities and support career growth.</p><p>• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data within Paycom systems.</p><p>• Coordinate benefits administration, including open enrollment and wellness initiatives.</p><p>• Contribute to the development and execution of diversity, equity, and inclusion programs.</p><p>• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies to support a positive workplace environment.</p>

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.<br>• 2–5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a generalist role.<br>• Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.<br>• Strong proficiency with Paycom systems and Microsoft Office Suite.<br>• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.<br>• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.<br>• Experience in benefits administration and HRIS systems.<br>• Familiarity with employee relations and onboarding processes.
