We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Chicago, Illinois on a contract basis. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance and supporting the new business department with conflicts analysis and related tasks. If you have expertise in conflicts checks and familiarity with Intapp software, we encourage you to apply.<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Conduct thorough conflicts checks to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.<br>• Collaborate with the new business department to review and analyze potential conflicts.<br>• Utilize Intapp software to manage and process conflict-related data efficiently.<br>• Provide clear and concise guidance on conflict resolution strategies.<br>• Maintain accurate records of conflict checks and resolutions.<br>• Research and interpret relevant laws and regulations related to conflicts.<br>• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address conflict-related inquiries.<br>• Support the development and implementation of processes to streamline conflict checks.

• Proven experience conducting conflicts checks in a legal setting.<br>• Familiarity with Intapp software and its applications.<br>• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<br>• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<br>• Ability to interpret and apply legal and ethical guidelines.<br>• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.<br>• Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field; JD preferred.<br>• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
