Executive Assistant
<p>We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Executive/Personal Assistant to support a rapidly growing organization in Cherry Hills, Colorado. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will excel in executive-level support, travel coordination, and calendar management.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Manage complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of executive meetings.</p><p>• Organize and arrange travel plans, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.</p><p>• Prepare meeting materials and support executives during high-level discussions.</p><p>• Handle administrative tasks such as drafting correspondence, managing emails, and maintaining records.</p><p>• Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication.</p><p>• Track and oversee expenses, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.</p><p>• Assist with bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Coordinate special projects and events as required by the leadership team.</p><p>• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.</p>
<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.</p><p>• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling for senior-level executives.</p><p>• Strong skills in coordinating and arranging travel logistics.</p><p>• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.</p><p>• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p>• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Familiarity with bookkeeping practices and financial record management.</p><p>• High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential matters.</p>
