<p>Robert Half is building a candidate pool of Network Operations Center (NOC) Technicians for upcoming contract assignments supporting enterprise clients. This role suits candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment and problem-solving under pressure.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor network and server performance, responding to system alerts.</li><li>Perform first-level troubleshooting of routers, switches, and connectivity issues.</li><li>Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level engineers as needed.</li><li>Document incidents and resolutions in monitoring/ticketing tools.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of IT support or NOC experience (internships considered).</li><li>Understanding of networking basics (IP, DNS, DHCP).</li><li>CompTIA Network+ or related certification preferred.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in shift environments.</li></ul>
