<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>1–2 years of IT operations or coordination experience.</li><li>Familiarity with IT hardware, ticketing systems, and asset tracking tools.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Eagerness to grow into broader IT operations roles.</li></ul>
