<p>Robert Half is seeking System Administrators to proactively build our talent pipeline for clients in the Raleigh market. These roles will manage day-to-day systems operations, optimize infrastructure, and ensure uptime for business-critical systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Administer Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and cloud services.</li><li>Manage virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and storage solutions.</li><li>Implement updates, backups, disaster recovery, and monitoring tools.</li><li>Troubleshoot server, network, and software performance issues.</li><li>Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure improvement projects.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>3–5 years’ experience in system administration.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and virtualization.</li><li>Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.</li><li>Familiarity with security hardening and compliance standards.</li><li>Certifications such as MCSA, Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+ a plus.</li></ul>
