<p>• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.</p><p>• Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle challenging customer interactions.</p><p>• Ability to manage a high volume of calls daily while maintaining professionalism.</p><p>• Proficiency in order entry and customer service software.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills to document and track customer interactions.</p>
