<p>We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing processes, cash handling activities, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. This contract position requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in accounting and financial operations. The role is based near York, Maine and offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of accounts receivable functions.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Supervise and manage all accounts receivable processes to maintain accurate and timely invoicing.</p><p>• Monitor cash activities and ensure proper handling of transactions.</p><p>• Oversee billing operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.</p><p>• Maintain detailed records of financial transactions and reconcile discrepancies.</p><p>• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency in financial operations.</p><p>• Prepare and present accounts receivable reports for management review.</p><p>• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations in all processes.</p><p>• Implement and monitor controls to safeguard company assets.</p><p>• Address and resolve customer billing inquiries in a thorough and careful manner.</p><p>• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.</p>

<p>• Proven experience in accounts receivable management or a related role.</p><p>• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.</p><p>• Proficiency in accounting software systems </p><p>• Excellent organizational and time management skills.</p><p>• Ability to handle cash activities and maintain accurate financial records.</p><p>• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and addressing inquiries.</p><p>• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to resolve discrepancies.</p><p>• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.</p>
