Customer Service Representative
<p>We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Camden, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers, assist with order processing, and ensure compliance with program requirements. This is a long-term contract position, offering an opportunity to grow within the company.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Respond to inbound customer inquiries with efficiency, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.</p><p>• Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal systems.</p><p>• Assist with program compliance by collecting required eligibility documents and submitting files for third-party auditing.</p><p>• Maintain timely updates to internal tracking systems and ensure certification files are processed promptly.</p><p>• Communicate progress, challenges, and suggestions to supervisors to enhance team operations.</p><p>• Collaborate with team members to ensure all agency reports and responses are completed effectively.</p><p>• Uphold a high standard of accuracy in documentation and reporting tasks.</p><p>• Support affordable housing initiatives by managing customer interactions and property-related documentation.</p><p>• Utilize Office tools such as Outlook, Word, and Excel to perform daily tasks efficiently.</p>
<p>• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.</p><p>• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.</p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.</p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</p><p>• Familiarity with order entry processes and responding to inbound customer calls.</p><p>• Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.</p><p>• Commitment to providing outstanding customer support.</p>
