This is a contract position offering an opportunity to manage and oversee payroll operations for a company with a large workforce. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling multi-state payroll processes and demonstrate strong attention to detail in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Responsibilities: • Process full-cycle payroll for a workforce exceeding 500 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Manage multi-state payroll operations while adhering to state-specific requirements and regulations. • Utilize payroll systems such as Ceridian Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now to maintain employee records and process payments. • Review and address discrepancies in payroll data to ensure correct reporting and payments. • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports to internal stakeholders and external agencies as required. • Collaborate with HR and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll data. • Stay updated on payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance standards to mitigate risks. • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters and resolve issues promptly. • Conduct audits to verify payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies. • Support additional payroll-related projects and initiatives as needed.

• Proven experience in full-cycle payroll processing, preferably for organizations with over 500 employees. • Expertise in managing multi-state payroll systems and understanding state-specific compliance requirements. • Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce, ADP Workforce Now, or similar payroll platforms. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and rectify payroll discrepancies. • Knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices. • Excellent communication skills to address employee concerns effectively. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR and accounting. • High level of attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
