<p>Robert Half is partnering with a leading risk management and compliance organization to source contract attorneys for a short-term project starting next week!</p><p>This two-week, fully remote assignment offers the opportunity to collaborate with an international legal team on a high-volume contract review initiative. Candidates may be licensed in any U.S. jurisdiction, but must be located on the East Coast to ensure alignment with a Sweden-based project lead.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Review and analyze commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, purchase agreements, and amendments.</li><li>Identify and interpret key terms such as pricing structures, renewal obligations, and risk provisions.</li><li>Organize and structure data using Excel to support corporate initiatives.</li><li>Work closely with the project lead to ensure timely and accurate deliverables.</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>JD and active bar license in any U.S. jurisdiction.</li><li>3+ years of contracts-focused transactional experience, with a strong background in M& A and due diligence.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Excel; able to manage large datasets accurately.</li><li>Salesforce or other CLM/CRM system familiarity a plus.</li><li>Ability to work independently in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.</li><li>Must be East Coast–based and available to start October 6, 2025.</li></ul>
