In this role, you will provide legal counsel and advice on a broad range of issues pertaining to municipal law, represent clients in front of administrative agencies, and maintain cooperative working relationships with public officials, staff, and members of the public. <br><br>Responsibilities:<br>• Providing legal counsel and advice on a wide range of issues pertaining to municipal law.<br>• Attending public and closed-session meetings of government agencies and providing contemporaneous legal advice.<br>• Conducting in-depth research, evaluation, and resolution of complex legal matters.<br>• Preparing or revising opinions, memoranda, staff reports, administrative rules, policies, ordinances, regulations, contracts, and other legal documents.<br>• Representing clients in front of administrative agencies.<br>• Maintaining cooperative working relationships with public officials, staff, and members of the public.<br>• Developing and maintaining client relationships and generating business.<br>• Performing administrative tasks including, but not limited to, contemporaneous timekeeping and timely review and approval of invoices to clients.<br>• Assigning and supervising the work of other attorneys and staff. <br><br>Skills:<br>• Proficiency in Municipal Laws, Courts - Municipal, Memoranda, Legal Memoranda, Zoning - Planning - Land Use, Environmental Law, Environmental Regulations.
