<p>We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join the team in Burbank, California. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of shipping, receiving, and inventory logistics. This position requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining efficiency and safety in all processes.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring accuracy in shipments.</p><p>• Prepare outbound shipments by completing all necessary pre-shipment procedures.</p><p>• Input shipping details into systems, regularly reviewing and updating shipping pages as required.</p><p>• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.</p><p>• Finalize and close purchase orders for shipped items.</p><p>• Transport incoming raw materials to designated production areas.</p><p>• Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise to fulfill customer orders.</p><p>• Organize and label products for short-term storage after breakdown and segregation.</p><p>• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, adhering to housekeeping standards.</p><p>• Follow instructions from team leads and uphold company safety policies at all times.</p>

<p>• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field.</p><p>• Proficiency in logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory coordination.</p><p>• Familiarity with shipping systems and processes.</p><p>• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a safe workspace.</p><p>• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members.</p><p>• Ability to lift and move materials as required for the role.</p>
