Responsibilities:• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.• Monitor and track shipments to and from the warehouse, addressing any issues that arise.• Process and enter purchase orders efficiently while maintaining accurate records.• Oversee warehouse inventory to ensure stock levels meet operational needs.• Communicate with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries related to logistics.• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on shipping schedules and priorities.• Conduct routine checks to verify the accuracy of shipment information.• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures related to logistics operations.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or a related field. • Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. • Familiarity with warehouse inventory management systems. • Proven ability to process purchase orders and maintain accurate documentation. • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on attention to detail. • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
