In this role, you will play a key part in managing recruitment processes, ensuring smooth communication with candidates, and supporting the HR department with essential tasks. Responsibilities: • Review and screen a high volume of applications to identify suitable candidates. • Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit. • Draft and finalize offer letters for selected candidates. • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure recruitment processes are aligned with company standards. • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information. • Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new hires transition smoothly. • Provide feedback and updates to hiring managers on candidate progress. • Utilize corporate recruiting strategies to attract top talent. • Support the HR department in administrative tasks and documentation.

• Proven experience in corporate recruiting or a related HR role. • Strong ability to evaluate resumes and conduct effective screening calls. • Proficiency in drafting precise and well-structured offer letters. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. • High attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work 100% on-site in Boca Raton, Florida. • Flexibility and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
