This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and has a strong eye for talent.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs</li><li>Post job descriptions, review resumes, and schedule interviews</li><li>Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the hiring process</li><li>Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with hiring policies</li><li>Provide an excellent candidate experience and represent the client’s brand professionally</li></ul><p><br></p>

<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal) – required</li><li>3+ years of proven recruiting experience, preferably in staffing, agency, or high-volume environments</li><li>Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing passive candidates</li><li>Strong knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills</li><li>Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet aggressive hiring goals</li></ul>
